Since 2002 we have had the privilege of working with women during one of the most transformational times in their life- the birth of their children. We see pregnancy and birth as a sacred event, and a time when women gain strength and confidence. We believe having a baby is a healthy normal event, and the process itself can contribute greatly to the personal growth of each woman as well as her family and the entire community. It is our commitment to support and guide each woman on their journey into motherhood.

There are many things we can do during pregnancy to optimize a pain-free pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. Our team focuses on pelvic floor coordination, the BEST exercise choices, and educates on proper breath, postures and positions for labor, delivery and the fourth trimester. We believe every pregnant woman should see a Pelvic Floor PT prior to giving birth to be the most prepared for labor!

We take a child led therapy approach during all sessions. This means that we use your child's interests to indivualize therapy sessions and target language goals. After a comprehensive language evaluation, we can determine the nature of the language disorder. We treat late talkers, receptive/expressive language disorders, and support children who use scripting/echolalila to communicate. We are a neurodiversity affirming practice that is trained to help children move through the Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) stages.
